General Information and Terms of Agreement

No contracts are required. Payment is due at the beginning of the month via cash or check.

Scoopers, rakes, buckets, and shovels are used to clean your property. They are disinfected between yards to prevent potential cross contamination. If there is a need to hose down your deck or patio, please make sure your hose is easily accessible.

After waste from your yard is collected, it is securely bagged and placed in your trash receptacle. If your trash receptacle is not accessible, please let us know in advance. Kitty litter boxes may be emptied at your residence. The box will then be cleaned and returned to you within 1 week.

Yard scooping and litter box pick-up/drop off will occur Monday-Saturday between 7am and 7pm. The Doody Waggin’ is in certain areas on specific days in order to keep our service rates low. If a particular day or time is requested, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. An additional charge may apply.

Yard scooping is available from February 1st through November 1st on a weekly basis. Service may continue on an as needed basis, weather permitting. Kitty litter box exchanges will continue year round. If weather prevents your yard from being cleaned, we will visit on the next business day. If you would like to suspend your service, please give us 24 hours notice.

You will not be charged for the skipped cleaning.

By subscribing to our cleaning service, you are granting us access to your property. Please make us aware of any specifications or instructions required to gain access to your yard. Please restrain or confine your pet if you feel they will hinder the cleaning of your property.
